Toss India chose to bat vs South Africa

India captain Harmanpreet Kaur won the toss and chose to bat against South Africa in their T20I tri-series match in East London. The visitors had seam-bowling allrounder Pooja Vastrakar replacing Amanjot Kaur; this is Vastrakar’s first outing for India since September.
South Africa also made one change, with senior pace bowler Shabnim Ismail returning after missing out on the first three games of the series. She came in the place of Masabata Klaas
